  The owner, Frank Bohannon, is a totally dishonest jerk. He quoted me a price of $700 for a stone and then when I showed up to make the purchase, he swore it was $750! So, in preying on my emotions, he knew I would fork over the extra, stolen, $50. And when I handed him my credit cards for payment, he refused to take it saying, "I don't like using credit cards, I get charged for that. You have to give me a check." What an anal gland.
  
  This happened the first week of August. After TWO MONTHS, I still had not heard from him, and the grave stone I had overpaid (by check) for, still had not appeared on the gravesite. I called this FRAUD and asked him what was going on. He said he couldn't remember doing business with me, and didn't have a copy of the order. Although my CHECK had been cashed by this thief the day I gave it to him. I also had a receipt. He never did get back to me. He lied repeatedly over the phone. Lie, lie lie. That's what Frank Bohannon is made of --that and thievery gained by backing customers in emotional situations into a corner.
  
  Three months later a good friend went by the gravesite that should have had the overpriced stone on it three months before. She said the stone had been laid. Frank, the fraud, had never called me or let me know in anyway that my stone had been set.
  
  This man, Frank Bohannon, is the scum of the earth. He steals money from those in bereavement. Stay far, far away from his business.
